Coaching Helps Leaders Generate Insights To Drive Outcomes

The client-coach relationship provides a confidential space for leaders to unpack challenges from different perspectives. This leads to actionable events that help people grow and collaborate more effectively. Clients typically benefit from one of the following leadership development programs I offer:

CEO Accelerator

The CEO Accelerator is for new or seasoned CEOs who wish to take their work life and personal life to the next level. This is a personalized coaching program to meet the unique needs of each CEO. For those who prefer less structure, we focus on a coach-client partnership where I act as an independent and external sounding board. This helps CEOs ideate in a confidential setting to gain more clarity on their strategic objectives. My CEO clients appreciate the support I afford them in our coaching conversations as well as “being there” for them 24/7. Some CEOs feel that my coaching has given them a bit of “business therapy”, which has helped them navigate the inherent pressures that come with running a company.

For CEOs that prefer a more structured approach, we will work through three stages in the Accelerator to propel the leader forward. These stages are clarity, collaboration and focus. The first stage of coaching will focus on helping the CEO to gain clarity around both their work and personal priorities. The second stage of coaching will explore ways to collaborate more effectively with the Board of Directors, the Executive Team and the CEO’s family. Here I will engage the CEO’s workplace stakeholders through in-depth interviews resulting in a thematic debrief to the CEO. The third stage of coaching will work to help the CEO maintain focus and discipline. We will use a Work-Life Plan Review where the CEO will answer a set of daily questions to check-in with themself to track how well they are staying focused on their priorities. Our coaching conversations will discuss the trends borne out of the daily questions.

Those who participate in the CEO Accelerator come out of the program feeling more confident and comfortable in their role. This results in leadership with less headache and more enjoyment.

Engagements run twelve months with ongoing support provided indefinitely thereafter at no additional charge.


Executive Development Coaching

Executive Development Coaching is a strategic investment in human capital for motivated leaders who want to accelerate their career by better understanding their key stakeholders point of view. How the leader carries themself and the type of leadership shadow they cast will be focal points of our coaching conversations. I take a direct approach with the leader to help them identify pragmatic solutions to their unique workplace challenges. Through stakeholder interviews and leadership assessment debriefs, clients gain insight into their management style. This enables them to improve individual and team performance alike. Coaching is a process which moves people from insight to action. To that end, we will create a Development Action Plan to map your path forward. Each coaching session will result in a simple action item to nudge the leader towards positive and lasting behavior change.

This program provides an opportunity for leaders to re-examine what type of leader they want to be. We focus on their values and personality to create a leadership style that is both authentic and complimentary to the corporate culture they operate in. Former clients have realized promotions and set themselves up for longer term career opportunities after participating in this coaching program.

Engagements range from six to twelve months.


Emerging Leader Coaching

High potential individuals and leaders who have recently taken on the responsibility of managing a team benefit from the Emerging Leader Coaching program. Engagements are usually six months long and will take a holistic look at what the leader wants to accomplish while incorporating the perspectives of their stakeholders. Leaders benefit from goal setting and creating a Development Action Plan to help them prioritize their efforts. We will actively involve the leader’s manager throughout the coaching process so that everyone is aligned in their goals. This active coaching involvement with management and key stakeholders results in higher performance for the leader while achieving the objectives of the team.

Three month engagements focus one-on-one with the leader. Here we explore ways to strategize their career progression through a series of coaching conversations and the creation of a Development Action Plan. We will identify the goals that the leader should be focused on while working through pragmatic solutions to tackling obstacles they face.

Engagements range from three to six months.
