I coach successful business executives and emerging leaders globally. My clients are often at key inflection points in their career. They want to scale their leadership, improve the engagement of their teams or transition into a new role. I use coaching as an executive development process to accelerate one’s career while serving an organization’s need to realize the full power and potential of its people. My candid approach to providing feedback enables clients to become more self-aware, confident and clear on their priorities. This results in higher levels of performance for the leader and their team.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, my coaching is based on 25 years of experience as an innovative business leader within the asset management industry. In addition to my corporate practice, I am a member of the adjunct faculty at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where I enjoy coaching leadership development within the Executive MBA program.
